Hard to say without looking, but given that the sump is worth not a lot, and the diff is worth lots, my approach would be that if came to trying to force anything to get it apart, id chop the sump up instead of levering on the diff etc.
Maybe l will bring it home on sat if if dont come apart, so you can have a look
