Id like to know from a solicitor the deal here.

Someone has V5, keys, etc etc.

Someone else claims its theirs, and has reciept from when they bought it years ago, and prob the old V5 too.

Who hell would win? How can one prove they bought it, or the other prove they didnt sell it, seeing as neither has proof, and the other person has the keys and the V5.

I dont get it.
