It was around 11ish at night so no one was using it and I wasnt parked that close to it TBH, he could of gave me a warning and told me to move on but he had to be a jobs worth TWAT..
I can understand giving points for speeding way over the limit and dangerous driving but not for parking on zig zags, it was only coz I was a young driver with a nice car and he thought he would teach me a lesson..
