Ive never understood how they can do you for no insurance when you have an insurance policy in your name. should be a different named offence for breaching the terms of insurance.

At least youve paid your premiums!! should definitely IMO be different offence to those who deliberately choose not to buy insurance.

Hell what next, you get pulled for speeding and get done as well for "no insurance" as im sure theres something in the small print about dodgy driving standards

These days it wont be long before you get done for no insurance for "undeclared mods" by having a magic tree in your car!!!
