Why might the Seats be faster?

Brand new seam welded shell, works spec cage, BRAND NEW SLICKS every race, brand new brakes every race, and everyone travelling at race speed.

That might have a little something to do with it.

Having seen Dingy round Donnington ..... he's very quick, and can certainly drive.
