From one Crystal Blue owner to another, it's worth fixing mate. If you can't deal with it now, stick it in the garage like saphycozzie-adz says, and come back to it another time. I'm glad that you don't want to strip it - I never see the point, especially if the excuse is "It's worth more in bits". It's worthless to someone who wants to fix or drive it away if the wheels and engine have a new home elsewhere!
What exactly is up with it? Is it driveable? I'd be up for helping out if it saves another Crystal Blue Sapphire.
i bort it wiv many parts missing.they were sold as bloke started strippin it.bort it 4 a grand wiv 2 bent valves (suposedly).
i built it all back up.new valves.sent head away 4 pressure test but ent sure if he did it lol.on trying to start engine ,found ecu was fuked.bort new 1.then relised cylinder number2 full of water.so ive sent head away again hoping it is fuked,then i wud just buy a new1.if head cums back ok,then looks like cud be bottom end problem.gonna be expensive lol.ent even drove it yet but i love it.ive had boot spoiler bumper grill 4x4 bonnet painted,looks gorgeous now,just dont run tho lol.didnt even like colour wen i got it but i love it now.real rare.
