used to be the old bill pull you and you get 14 days to fix it

if vosa do it they can condem the car, take it in and either you scrap it for no charge ( they either scrap it or sell it on though, work that one out ! ) or you follow there CUNTISH rules and get the car back

i had to argue when they done mine based on the MOT, the fact i was insured when they took the car off me and it was a genuine error AND that they charged me overnight storage when the car turned up at 3pm and i was there from 12am !!!!
