even on a steel bottom end 14 or 15 psi of boost through a std t3 still wouldnt produce a genuine 200bhp
ive seen many an rst with chip/cooler/exhaust/cam all make in the region of 140-160@wheels,the top end of the scale ones usually have bigger turbo's,newman cam or headwork
as to think that 5-6psi above std boost will make 70 more bhp on std turbo is laughable
