Is the offset on the original 15 inch lattice cosworth type wheels different than on the standard 16 inch escort cosworth alloys? If so, what is the disadvantages of using standard 16 inch escort cosworth alloys?

If i use 205/45/16 on the standard escort cosworths alloys, will this be the same as the rolling radius of the original lattice type cosworth wheels?
