they will look crap with anything bigger than 40 profile tyres on a sapphire. and they will prob catch if they have 45 profile or over on a tyre which is 205 in width or wider.
i would say go for either 205/40/16 or 215/40/16, but think it will still catch on the arch a bit over some humps and bumps unless theyve already been modified/cut away to prevent this happening
if youve never driven your sapphire on standard 15" wheels and tyres, i would say have a go and fit some to feel the difference of the drive, not saying change and keep them, but it may make you realise that the width (and dodgy tyre size option) on the escos wheels makes a bit of a lumpy ride, standard wheels and tyres are quite comfortable

but... escos wheels DO look very cool
