i would say get rid of the cvh block and replace it with a silver top 2.0l zetec. thats wot i did but i have put a hybrid t4 turbo on mine but dont no the bhp got to wait for the running in period to finish til i can get it on a rolling road. your prob looking a 1k mark for the bottom end with fitting. but its sooooooo worth it
