i had to make up a sub loom for my fans as well. i used an abs relay box from a saab 900. it has 2 relays and fuse holders built in a nice small watertight package. used the stock fan switch to control both relays and ran separate leads to each fan with their own fuses. so if one blows, the other will still power on.
