yes but dangerous!! I had a bad experience when i lived in london where i obviously went to war on the wrong criminals and ended up having to leave my student digs 2 months before end of year because of repeated burglarys and me stealing back my bike then when i had nothing left they could nick (moved stuff home!) and i still went after them, they started targetting student friends attacking 3 of them, burning a car, acid on another car and suspected attempted arson on the student hall meaning i was asked to leave!!!
