a section 59 is where a Vehicles used in manner causing alarm, distress or annoyance. basically it lasts a year, get a second in the one year and they take your car, you can pay the charge and storage per day/ costa bout £150 i think to get it back, if you don;t collect they sell or crush it. Not sure what happens if you keep getting them, but seems pointless to me as you can get the car back the next day if you got the cash.
