Hi guys. I'm looking at getting an S2 as an everyday car as kids force me to give the BMW to the wife.
If I find a rather stock one, what do I need to do to the engine to make around 200bhp?
I don't want to go crazy on it as I'd like the transmission to hold for a while.

Does a chip, -31, cam, exhaust and K&N give enough?
Should I rip the head off and send it to a head specialist for a full gasflowed port/polish job?

For suspension I was thinking GroveGarage's damper/spring kit or Koni/Eibach and a set of bushings. Do they need anything else? Does the stock brakes cope with the increased power?
