A well setup Stage 3 cossie isn't slow though imo..
mines 379 atw on a T38 Turbo, doesn't come on boost til around 3800 but man when it does it kicks well and pulls like fook..
only thing i'd like to change is a more responsive turbo, like a T34 but with GT30 power..
like a GT3071 ..
