the outer ones are easy to fit, just use a small chisel to knock the old ones out and the new ones just slot in no bother

the innerones can be a right pain in the arse to get out, best to find someone with a bearing press and give them a drink to do it

much eaiser and less hassle than buggering baout doing it yourself with sockets and bolts and nuts etc before you decide to cut the insides out

if you buy new they will be easier to pop out first time around as they won't beform in the tca as much as older ones do

also remember than if you are going to put themonto a cossie then you need the cossie ones as the bolt holes are M12 rather than the M10's for thenomrla sierra's, the sleeving and the bush will be shaped for this so don't get the wrong ones

and grease everything before you put it together, and remember to leave everyting nipped up and drop the car onto the deck and roll it back and forth to settle everything before doing the final tighening up of al the bolts (you can reach from underneath the car if your arms are long enough
