Yeah done a few when I worked at pug, was a few years back though. From what I can remember they were easy.

You might need a slide hammer to get the arm off, and mark the torsion bar on the arm before puching it out. Also Measure the height with the shock off between the centre of the hub and the top of the wheel arch, so you dont accidently lower it! (or raise it)
