I sold my flat that i owed just 21 thousand pounds on for ALOT more than i owed,but just bought a big house with the missus & put a healthy deposit down but still got a big ish mortgage.Starting to wish i hadnt as i would have got by with loads spare cash staying in the flat.now if the market gets worse than i does i will be working just purley to keep the house & no money to do anything else.
