A new documaent or new page????
If new document go to file and "new"

or click on the blank page at the top left of the screen in Excel.

If you want to create a new page in a document then right click on the tab at the bottom of the sheet, click copy and move to end, then you can delete the crap or rename it anyway you want, thats what i do anyways...
