Thats not Freeview. Thats satellite TV, or DVB-S. Freeview is DVB-T - digital TV signals sent down an aerial (Digital Video Broadcasting - Terrestrial, S denotes Satellite)

You're probably thinking of Freesat - new Sat TV system from BBC and ITV, which can carry HD channels. If so, they yes, you have been able to get HD Freesat boxes since launch earlier this year. Only thing you can't get at the mo, to the best of my knowledge, are HD PVR's that record onto internal HDD's
