Ive changed the head and followed the work shop manual. Im getting spark and fuel but something is telling me the timing is out. it says on the manual the cam pulley arrows should be pointing to each other but someone drew a pic in another manual i have showing them pointing up a bit. the rotor arm is on the mark new phase sensor is gapped correctly the bottom pulley sensor hasnt moved and the engine ran before so i asume its ok.

I would take it to a profesional but i dont know of any in my area, closest would be sitec in dundee but thats over 100 mile from me if i could just get it to run and i would take it for a check up. any help would be much appreciated .
