You'll have a nightmare with this, trust me.
When I ran 7x17" ET35, the touched on the rear outer arches and the front inner arch. Ideally, they needed ET40 at the rear and ET30-35 on the front for my car. I now run 7X16" ET35 with 5mm spacers, giving an effective ET30 with absolutely no problems atall, but that said, I'm only lowered 25-30mm as I am more into how the car drives than how it looks.
However, the extra 1" of width those rims have is a MASSIVE amount to lose and at 60mm lowered, it's not going to happen. That's before you start thinking about the size of tyre you will need to run on an 8" rim. 235 section width I would say.
If you are insistent that you are going to try it, I would start with ET30 or ET35, because at least this can be corrected with spacers to push the wheels out further if need be.
