. I was then left with a choice of left or right. There wasn't enough room left, so I committed to the right, just as it finished spinning and gripped and then started rolling to the right - d'oh

. Thankfully he saw what was happening and hit the brakes, which prevented the car from continuing to roll to where I was heading

Edit- Just seen you mention that he hit the brakes. He said he started to pump like mad and went to grab the handbrake and his passenger was already on it! PMSL!!
It's basically just a bit lively and snappy. Apparantly it just comes on boost and snaps.
I said that the previous owner did well with it at Bedford, a few sideways moments but it always looked in control.
Anthony is the first to admit he has little RWD experience....couldn't have picked a more difficult car to learn in.
He is looking into wider tyres, diffs and rear beams. I recommeded he chat with the previous owner.
It's a steep learning curve. I pissed myself when they told me they did a 720 spin on the straight, but Ant said summat like "aaaah mate, it wasnt funny. No warning, just a full on near death experience"

he said "we just missed Mike and the 3 Door. I just need more practice"
He was a bit embarrased and feeling a bit sheepish. I think he just put his foot down on the straight and the chuffin thing turned into a catherine wheel!
