What is going on with this?

Google says it's a virus, so I've written a rule to drop these messages straight into my Junk Mail folder, but every now and again one of them still appears in my Inbox.

I've received maybe 20-30 different emails from different email addresses all with this title over the last three days and I'm getting fed up - don't these pricks have something better to do with their time?
