with the right head and cam your zvh will rev and i mean something like a stage three head is no good, just about flows enough for a 1600 start with a newman P4 cam solid lifters and single valve springs.. my old zvh peak power was around 6300 but now i know this was down to the very heavy valve train, car is currently in bits soon you will be able to see how far a zvh can rev.

That's why i said most of the time.
I know they can rev but you have to put in some real money.
That's not an option for me so i can go 16v easier and cheaper.
I'm verry interseted in how your new egine will go .
