Problem is it can't rev beyond 6000 k and currently i'm having problems to even getting that.
As a result i'm having a shit powerband as the turbo kicks in at arroud 3500.
With a standard t3 it was much more driveable :P
Problem seems te be in the head/cam/lifters or a combination.
For the same monney to get that sorted i can get it full zetec and certainly get more revs.
I'm not from England so'i'll have to sort it out myself i guess..
A ZVH can be a nice drive and pulls like mad with great torque but doesn't rev verry well most of the time

with the right head and cam your zvh will rev and i mean something like a stage three head is no good, just about flows enough for a 1600 start with a newman P4 cam solid lifters and single valve springs.. my old zvh peak power was around 6300 but now i know this was down to the very heavy valve train, car is currently in bits soon you will be able to see how far a zvh can rev.
