solved !!!!! i tried a standard intercooler i had laying about and it boosted off my gauge !!
so there must be something stuck in the intercooler !!! im going fishing init 2morrow will update on what i found!!!
When you say airtec cooler was it one of the cheep ish ones from ebay as this is what i have bought and i have the same problam. thanks
