they can use the tracker to moniter the times you work .. if your paid from 8.30 am till 5.30 pm then not alot you can do about it if your salaried .. however if you are hourly paid with no fixed working times then start looking at the european laws regarding total number of hours worked... as 9.5 is exceding the ammont allowed ...
slow down .. work slower .. amazing on how quickly they get the arse if jobs dont get done.... i know this from past experience...
