As said service history will be important at that mileage but from my experience with Ducati's (916's and 996's) the bodywork tends to suffer and at that mileage I'd expect it to be cracked in certain places....very common on these bikes due to the brittle plastics used and the vibrations of the engine.
Full system opposed to just endcans makes a big difference!
If you think it might have been tracked check for lockwire on things like sumpplug, brakecalipers, see if there's a catchtank for fluids, lower chainguard etc.
Check for condition of the bike underneath the bodywork, a lot of bikes are raced on pattern bodywork and when it's time to sell they put the originals back on.
