2b. Your language and the use of profanities.

Quote,
"As its important to us to keep a community atmosphere of a fun and banterous nature, we feel it would at this time be inappropriate to ban all swearing completely due to it being a generally accepted part of the everyday English language in use today. However; We do require a few simple common courtesies be employed"

Regarding 2b.
Who decided that particular wording?
"due to it being a generally accepted part of the everyday English language in use today".

I do swear, I must admit much less here in Germany than in UK. I did not know that swearing was generally accepted. I certainly would never swear in front of my Mum, my Dad maybe, I have never heard my Mum swear. In the small community where I used to live people did not swear very often.

It must be said, PF is very bad for swearing, it doesn't really bother me, it's just noticeable.

Kenny.
