Go for an Aprilia RS125 is you want decent looks and reasonable performance. They actually do 0-60 in around 6.5 seconds, when de-restricted (32-34bhp), which is probably quicker than 95% of cars on the road! Youll have much more fun on one of those than a vespa imo, especially on the back roads.
