The police can estimate the situation given the damage to your car and where it happened. From one point of view it simply looks like you saw too cars coming, thought "I can make that" and went for it, but was too slow and got hit side onwards.
The flip side is the guy approaching the roundabout thought "fuck this, i'm round this cunt" and overtaked into the side of you on the roundabout. Hindsight is a wonderful thing after an inncident, but there's a lot of people on the round with a complete lack of driving sense.
er.... the only person who didnt stop was the car the guy who hit me was trying to overtake, n also i wasnt at a roundabout it was on a straight piece of road n i was exiting a junction! n i didnt pull out infront of him as i was going in the oposite direction he pulled into my lane!
anyway you see why i may not want the bumper straight away as it might get fixed by the insurance company but if not i will be needing it! pm me with price and contact number!
