Same thing happened with my mrs last year. She was pulling out of a side road and some cunt came flying round the corner (30 limit) way too fast and hit her back corner. If he was obeying the speed limit there would have been time for my mrs to see his coming round the corner.
The fact that he was speeding makes no difference. Your Mrs pulled out and that is the end of it. As for the person saying you would threaten him to change his mind, seriously, words fail me.
