Is it best to get your survival training off your own back before applying for jobs?

hi mate

last week in our local paper there was a large feature on ROV training at a centre in Fort William. You can sit a 7 week course to gain qualifications. It was then 95% of the people who went through went straight to jobs and the other 5% was more like uncontactable than no job. FUCK KNOWS what it'd cost and i bet its not cheap! However the site is www.theunderwatercentre.co.uk if you want to look. Been meaning to have a nosey myself

as for jobs without a survival, you'll prob struggle these days as most people do off their own backs.
