We had to take the board down for several hours this evening while the database server churned through some data. As it turns out, the database server we paid for isn't the one we got - in fact, it's WAY below what they were supposed to rack for us! We're going to get our hosting provider to upgrade the DB server to what we ARE paying for. This means additional downtime, probably on Friday 7/18 or Monday 7/21. Sorry about this, but it's necessary to accommodate future growth.
We regret the inconvenience, and hope to put this all behind us very soon!!!
You were complaining about not being notified in this instance so i was asking when was the last time this happend? As to my knowledge it hasn't happend. Just curious and also it annoys me that you all jump on the bandwagon and slag IB off the minute anything goes wrong but say fook all when everything is working tip top for months on end!!
