Evening Matt, before i go back to MGS, have you actually tried triming it with the CO screw? Some of the ECU analogeis circuits seem to differ. try taking 1 - 2 turns anti clockwise off the trimmer.

failing that, i would be looking at ECT/ACT/LAMBDA.
