if your on a budget id bin off the coilover idea and just get some uprated shocks with shorter springs,as it should be even less again,and tbh you wont really notice a difference as your not going for a competition spec car.as for front ends,i shouldnt think itd be a simple thing to do at all!
try bleeding your brakes with new fluid in them to sort your brakes,see what happens,can make all the difference.
