You've pretty much described my car mate - T35 holding 28psi a MSD chip, uprated cooler/clutch/big brakes/leathers and defi replicas

Just make sure you get one with a decent diff or dont try launching it with 4 people in it!

Your looking at about £4500 onwards for that kind of spec imo depending on body.
