The real question is are you happy, how did they treat you and your car.. The issue was experienced over 10 years ago and as such I would expect that possibly many of the staff have changed, I know I have never stayed in a Job for 10 years.
I had many problems myself with a different tuning company local to me years ago and now its being run by different people, its not the same place....

I honestly think they did a good job, the lads there were very friendly and seemed to know what they were going on about. My motor is running better than it did when i got it (about 5 months ago), idles perfectly and is noticeably quicker. Has anyone else used Turbopacs Durham recently??
