yep mate thats a split load board with an rcd,if its had the earth reconnected chances are it is just a faulty appliance or incorrect flex,though would get a full inspection done with certification,loop impedance test etc at every outlet as per their regulations

was there any particular reason why earth was disconnected,forgetfullness hopefully

be carefull hanging pictures mate they run cables anywhere over there!!
