Just qualified sparky
Hi there think i can help you with your problem just qualified as a 17th edition electrician and most of my work is fault find in domestic situation. The problem you have is caused because there is a fault on one of more of the circuits or applinces in your house, By the sounds of things you don’t have and RCD fitted (residual current device) probably a old wire fuse board. What’s happening in your house: there is a fault between live and earth or neutral and earth this, means the somewhere in your house there is an appliance or cable where the earth and neutral or earth and live are touching. In most cases if live touches the earth the fuse will blow at the board, but the neutral is not protected by a fuse so if earth touches and neutral then there is a chance of a fault current on the earth. (That’s why your getting a shock) sounds like there is either no earth or a poor earth at the main board in your house, this is a problem very unsafe. What you will need to do is have a earth spike installed in the ground surrounding your house this will increase the earth strength and help carry away toughs nasty fault currents (shocks) your getting through you appliances I would also recommend fitted an RCD protected board this will protect you against even the smallest of fault currents, though before installing you would need to find the fault within the house or the new board would just keep tripping. Also best having a full test carried out on your house the check the condition of the wiring. Hope the helps. Gary McD
