I've emailed Freecom about it as it's less than a year old so hopefully still under warrenty. It was working absolutely spot on untill the last couple weeks. I'm sure it has to be a problem with the router as the laptop connects to every other wifi signal with no problems, so it can't be the wireless card in the laptop. It can't be the OS as I reinstalled. Likewise with the drivers.
