I didn't read the above posts but ....If your Capri is PINTO POWERED and it's got no powersteering or was never previously fitted with one ... You will surely need

- 2.8i Front suspension + anti roll bar... or your car will way lay too much
- V6 cross member and while you're there get a power steering system

But that's about it.... If you try fit your engine on the Pinto cross member the engine mounts will not fit properly and you will have to make some adjustments to fit it properly. The main difference between the V6 and Pinto Cross members is the location of the engine mount attachment. The Pinto locates the engine mounts forwards to the front the V6 one is the complete opposite..... It is important that you minimise the leverage on the mounts....remember that.....
