as said 130 spec cams and throttle body will be good if you have the mk2. Then it's a case of induction as said and if you can fit a 4-2-1 manifold/zorst you would gain a bit more power too.
its the black top sorry for not knowing but what are throttle bodies and how do these work and does anyone have any pics of a engine with them fitted so that I know what they look like
can probably stretch to spend around £1k
