Its a weird one becuase I installed the thermostat last week wtih the rubber ring and the cooling system was working perfectly, getting upto temp nice and quick and then staying around the "o" in norm.

All I changed yesterday was the intercooler from the 2wd to the 4wd, I cant see how this would cause it to run cooler?!

I did take the thermostat housing off to manover the new cooler in, I will check everything again tonight to make sure nothing was disturbed in there.

Is there a specific way to bleed the system, I didnt seem to have any problems last time, just wondering if I may have got air in it somehow?
