I would be going back to the Ford dealer and asking why their "skilled" mechanics could not diagnose this fault and ask for a refund on what they have charged you as they have obviously done f^ck all whilst they have had you car.

and what ever you do don't get them to fix it either 'cause they will cahrge you the earth and get the apprentice tea boy to change it for you..
