Right............ Ford's have plugged it into their machine and no fault codes have come up again, so this morning I took it for a spin round the road and it was hesitating, then I disconnected the multi-plug that attaches to the air flow sensor and took it out again, NO hesitating, I then brought it back attached the multiplug again, took it out and NO hesitating?? I thought I'd leave it a few hours and try again. So this afternoon out I go again with the plug attached hesitated almost immediately brought it back, disconnected the multi plug with the engine still running, went straight back out and again NO hesitation.

Airflow Sensor??
