Ive been looking at a mk6 escort which started life as a 1.6 finesse, its now got a GTi kit and a 2.0 dropped in with some RS2000 bits and bobs like brakes etc.
He says its still down as a 1.6 on the logbook so could i tell the insurance company its a 1.6 as per the logbook or would the insurance be void if the worst happened?
If i do have to tell them then id have to reel off a huge list of parts over the phone i guess
