As for the fuel thing if you do a search you will find a statement , i think from Bruce stating that he & Martin achieved 190+ on pump fuel.
Its why i could not risk using race fuel on my first attempt as the Lawyers on this site would have discredited the record
i really cant see what the difference is 200 mph is 200mph no matter how its achieved i dont think the jap boys would care how they got it either so long as they did. i think people should have a bit more respect for the achievments of rod, martin, bruce etc using a yb engine at the end of the day they are cosworth people and so are we and its nice to be able to say a cosworth has done 191, 194, 201 mph rather than having to listen to someone extolling the virtues of a supra, skyline etc
